İZMİR

İzmir is important gulf located at the west of Anatolia, Türkiye.  Homeros’s hometown İzmir is mentioned by Heredot as “They established their city under the most supreme dome of sky and the best climate in the world.” İzmir is very important harbor province which is also called the Pearl of the Aegean. You can experience sitting on the grass at Alsancak Kordon with classic İzmir breakfast, egg-boyoz as locals do.

BURSA

Bursa is close to İstanbul, only 2 hours with driving, and was the first major capital city of the early “Ottoman Empire” that’s why,  you can see the Ottoman architecture and Seljuk architectural structures in the city. The city is very famous with thermal Turkish baths and Uludağ Mountain. Do not turn back without eating Iskender Kebap in Bursa.

We strongly recommend you taste Beyran, Liver Kebab (Cağırtlak Kebab), Lahmacun, İçli Köfte, Dolma and deserts especially Baklava and Katmer. Gaziantep is homeland of Baklava, which is “Protected Geographical Indication”, made by Antep pistachios filled to thin dough layers and sweetened with syrup.
